A new report surveyed 145 chief financial officers (CFOs) and other financial leaders and found 81% of them believe automation has the potential to optimize processes, capture data insights, and reduce costs. The tight labor market and rising operational costs are further motivating nearly 60% of CFOs to increase investments in automation over the next year The majority of respondents (43%) believe they will achieve their goals within two years, with 10% reporting that they have already done so.
